The Venetian Resort: The Chairman Suite

The Venetian Resort is definitely one of the most expensive hotels on the Las Vegas Strip. The Chairman Suites at the Vegas Venetian Resort are some of the most luxurious hotel rooms one can ask for. Within The Venetian Resort, is The Palazzo. The Palazzo Tower is the elite section of its sister property, The Venetian. The Palazzo is the building that hosts the elusive Chairman Suite.

The Chairman Suite opens with a beautiful light fixture in the spacious foyer features 4 bedrooms (featuring 2 master bedrooms), 4 bathrooms, and is a spacious 9,000 square feet. This opulent suite focuses heavily on the interior design, not just the amenities included. The suite features a stunning double-door entrance, a baby grand piano, a butler pantry for parties, and an elegant Italian marble foyer. 

However, just because the interior design was the focus doesn’t mean that the amenities are lacking! The Chairman Suite offers an immersive theatre room, its own private sauna, a private gym, steam room, a walk-in closet, a mini salon area, a massage room, and jetted hot tubs for the best relaxation. Even the bathrooms are heavily customized as the dual-headed showers come with steam control settings for guests to have complete control over every aspect of their stay.

This suite is located on the Las Vegas Strip, making it easily accessible to all the best tourist amenities and nightlife. This suite also has its own private outdoor terrace with its own private pool, private jacuzzi, and patio deck that outlooks the Las Vegas Strip. The Chairman Suite has also once been selected for the In-Suite Facilities award. 

The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas: The Boulevard Penthouse Collection

There is a total of 3,033 rooms in the two towers of The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas. The Boulevard Tower is where guests go when looking for an extra luxurious stay and a beautiful view of the Las Vegas Strip. There is a total of 25 penthouses that span an incredible 5 floors. These houses lie at the top of the Boulevard Tower and used to be very exclusive.

These luxury suites were once reserved for high-rollers. Any casino guests who spent upwards of a million dollars on bets and wagers at The Reserve would be offered one of these extravagant penthouses as a complementary “thank you” gift. Because of this rule, there was no real price tag on these Boulevard penthouse suites. However, by 2022, The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas changed this rule. As of 2022, these luxurious suites are now open to the general public. Any guest can now spend a night in these Boulevard penthouse suites, not just casino goers. One night in these penthouse suites can cost anywhere around $5,000 to $30,000.

Just one of the many beautiful suites is designed by the world-renowned interior designer Daun Curry (whose design specialty is high-end residential properties) and stands at a spacious 35,00 square feet on the 73rd floor of the tower, giving guests a breathtaking view of the Las Vegas Strip. The room is mostly comprised of muted warm desert tones, using metallic gold, silver, and rose gold pieces as accents to bring the room to life.

This 2 bedroom suite is equipped with a modern bar, billiards table, art pieces, salon, massage room, and sauna. The Daun Curry-designed suite is complete with a modern piece of furniture that looks out onto the balcony called “The Porthole” in which guests can relax on a giant circular-shaped sofa while looking out into the city. Next to the beautiful Porthole piece, is the classy dining room and cozy living room. The living room also hosts a massive mirror that also serves as a television for entertaining guests. Not only is the main room designed with care, but Curry’s unique touch also flows into the other rooms, such as the pony-hair-lined walls of the guest washroom. The outdoor terrace serves as the home to art pieces Cowboy and Shelby, two black and white porcelain French bulldog statues that reside in every one of the luxurious Boulevard penthouse suites at The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas.

Staying at The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas meant enjoying the 28 different culinary experiences, 7 bars, and their world-class spa which features a hammam (a Moorish or Turkish bath). The Nobu Hotel: The Noba Villa 

Nobu is famous for being a luxury line and their hotel is no different. The Nobu Hotel at Caesar’s Palace hosts tons of suites reserved exclusively for high rollers but it is the famous Nobu Villa that is their most expensive suite; making it one of the most expensive rooms in Vegas.

The Nobu Villa is considered the crown jewel of the hotel as it has been a temporary host to celebrities such as Justin Bieber and Jennifer Lopez. The 3 bedroom Nobu Villa is luxurious and was once only able to be rented by celebrities and other VIPs. However, as of lately, the Nobu Hotel allows anyone to rent the beautiful suite; anyone who has a spare $40,000 for each night, that is!

The Nobu Suite is an astounding 10,300 square feet and is heavily inspired by traditional Japanese architecture. The famous David Rockwell’s Rockwell’s Group architecture and design firm designed the magnificent villa, giving it an opulent look and feel. The suite features a beautiful tatami-style interior and is a rooftop villa. Its location gives guests an amazing view of the Las Vegas Strip from the luxurious patio. The outdoor patio also features a seating area, sunbathing area, bar, and hot tub for added relaxation. 

The Nobu Villa’s 4,700 square feet outdoor terrace is equipped with a barbecue pit, a bar, and an on-theme Japanese-style Zen garden. The suite is filled with beautiful Japanese-inspired art pieces, ambient lighting, fresh florals, and a spacious lounge, living room, and dining room areas for party guests.

MGM Grand: The Mansion Suites

Guests at The Mansion Suites can also enjoy the luxurious Estate Dining Room. This exquisite restaurant serves an Asian and Intercontinental menu, serving guests only the finest cuisine in the most sophisticated atmosphere. Aside from The Estate Dining Room, guests can also opt for Afternoon High Tea or a VIP reservation at L’Atelier de Joel Robuchon for French-inspired fine dining.

The Palms Casino Resort: The Empathy Suite

The Palms Casino Resort lies just between Spring Valley and Paradise and offers a few choices for high rollers. The Palms Casino Resort offers the luxurious Kingpin Suite and the Hardwood Suite, but the famous Empathy Suite is the one that takes the title of the most expensive suite in all of Las Vegas.

The Empathy Suite ranges anywhere from $75,000 to $100,000 per night, making it one of the most expensive rooms in Las Vegas. It features 2 luxurious king-sized beds and has a sleeping room for 4 guests. It is a massive 9,156 square feet and is big enough to host private parties. This monster-sized suite comes fully furnished with all the luxuries one would expect. Not only that, but it also has features that most guests would be surprised at, such as the suite’s automatic toilets that clean themselves after each use! The Empathy suite is equipped with relaxing massage rooms, a full bar area, a gaming area (complete with custom billiards and glass foosball table), a mini spa and gym area, a spacious walk-in closet, and even offers 24-hour butler service to its guests to make sure their needs are taken care of at any time of the day. 

It features an outdoor pool area that has a beautiful view of the balcony, allowing guests to lounge while looking out on the busy nightlife of Las Vegas. The pool extends off the roof/balcony area, giving guests both a breathtaking view and more space to swim around. The outdoor lounge area is just as cozy, offering lots of seating to accommodate many guests.

The entire suite is designed by famous English artist Damien Hirst and features a unique pharmaceutical theme, filling the suite with imagery of pills, medical supplies, and fluttering butterflies.
